I am so sorry for the delay for this video! I was in Colorado shooting for a modeling job and got really bad food poisoning so that delayed me a couple days. The good news is that I feel so much better and I am back in LA!
Some of you might have seen that Gracie and I went to Coachella together and we really wanted to film this video together. For some of you who don't know Gracie, she is a such an incredible sweet girl and we connected over Instagram after she has been sharing her transformations trough PCOS and her hormone journey on Tiktok.

You should make a podcast about healthy living, being the best version of yourself etc.. alone with guests it would be awesome 🥰
In this community, losing one's period is pretty often linked to excess exercise and/or malnutrition, which is often a symptom of very real mental health issues or societal pressure... I wish that was a bit more directly addressed here, like it would be nice if we could hear you talk about that rather than e.g. the approach of 8 months of acupuncture... that kind of advice feels a bit dismissive and willfully ignorant? just my two cents but I'm no expert.

I don't think they were trying to be dismissive or out of touch,I think they just were talking about their experience and what they did for help for themselves. They are both trying to contribute to the wellness space, but that does not make them professionals or experts so to expect that level of answer is a bit unfair. Just my 2cents.
