The rehydration clause made it a fair battle ground otherwise Ryan would have come in heavier than tank as it showed against devin where he was the bigger fighter but the fight was scheduled a 135 fight. So both fighters were strictly to fight at that weight range.
However, that fight should never have happened at 135, it should have been at 140 or a catch weight WITH a rehydration clause. So both fighters could be at their peak. We all know Tank makes 140 so yeah.

Ryan wasn't willing to weigh in at 135. They fought at a catch weight in order to make the fight, so because he was already heavier, he had a 10 point restriction.
