For people who didn't understood anything...
He uses a simple apparatus for this sealing machine.
He used cardboards for making a nice body for the machine.
Then he placed a wooden piece(my guess becoz any hard and little heat bearing material will work) as a base for holding plastic bags.
Then he uesd a nichrome wire whose ends are connected to a battery via switch like u connect a small dc motor or led . Nothing complex there...
Then he places a paper tape over the wire inorder to evenly spread the heat(to provide a much more sealing area). Thats it....
I suggest a nichrome strip instead of a thin wire so u will get better seal.

Nice video. I think 2mm wide nichrome wire is standard for sealing ordinary plastic bags.
It's for your use, we had seen it from childhood with candles. 😀😀

Seems like he using cooking baking sheet to insulate the cardboard and wire.
Check at 3:48 he place it in the center but when he removed it the seal is on the top
Mine is not working properly you have to seal the pouch more than five times
