Every Icon For Hire songs have this thing about them that makes them unique
I know right
It's the deep meaning of their lyrics and the fast pace of the song that makes them unique. I've never seen a band that told the story of so many people before, their words are truth. They are making songs that reflects the worst part of society that everyone refuses to change. Everyone wears a mask, everyone has secrets that should but will never be opened, secrets that everybody has in common. But most of all, is the fact that everyone leaves everything as is and won't change it for the better. That's the meaning of most of their songs: wanting change. A change everyone wants but no one will attempt. "Make a Move" and "Nerve" are both excellent examples of it. This is why I love Icon For Hire so much, because they are breaking that problem wide open. This is a problem that effects everyone, that's why they relate to so many.

I think the songs from Icon for Hire are actually connected, making a story. For Example;
Make a move
In this song, there is a Person among many others, wishing for someone to do something, to make a change. But no one does anything.
All the people wish for the same thing - so someone would make a move - But still no one does anything.
Theatre
In this song, the Person from the first song realize's, that he must be the one who'll make a move, because no one else will. He's saying "I'm gonna burn this theater down," he decided to finaly do something.
Up in Flames
This is the final song. The Person is preparing for the big show.

He's probably gonna die, but he knows that this can ignite the flame in others (he's also saying things like "now take your seat, you don't know me..." because he knows that the others are listening.), so they stop being scared and start to make a move too, start making changes like him.
It could actually be fight for freedom of the people.
If you are from Czech Republic, this reminds me of Jan Palach, the student who burned himself in protest. Just my though.

Honestly I'm shocked about the types of music you like, I listened to red from a very early age. found flyleaf, and you already had some lyric videos, recently found Icon for Hire and lookie here you already have some of the songs already enjoy by them. not to mention the letter black. a bunch of good bands but also not directly related which is why it's just interesting to see you with all of these amazing songs all on one channel.
