Hey Tayra, Walmart sells a moss roll cheap. That would be way easier and less messy. The rings are called grommets. I got my kit on Amazon and it has a variety of sizes. My friends call me McGiver. I can make anything with a paper clip and a rubber band!

5 in. wide by 4 ft. For 4.99- itâs called moss ribbon. I used it for centerpieces with bird houses. Worked perfectly

I loved MacGyver I did have a question though could you kind of give it make it a little bit lighter by gluing different colors of green tissue paper on the foam board before gluing down the Moss??? that way you don't have to use so much?

I still have a wreath with moss from 2 1/2 years ago, but it's a bit dried up, reason why I sprayed the enamel. That should take care of the shine/Moisture.
