SPURS LEGENDS | First players confirmed for Legends match at Spurs New Stadium!

- The first set of players have been confirmed to represent Spurs Legends against Inter Forever in the second Test Event at Spurs New Stadium on Saturday 30 March.
Among the players set to represent Spurs once again are Robbie Keane, Rafael van der Vaart, Dimitar Berbatov, Allan Nielsen, David Howells, Stephen Carr, Darren Anderton and goalkeeper Erik Thorstvedt, with many more stars still to be revealed.
The team will be managed on the day by our long-serving former captain, second-highest appearance-maker of all-time and current Club Ambassador, Gary Mabbutt.

@@TheOneSpurs you can't say am a glory hunter if I support Arsenal because we haven't been our best as of late ( but we still win trophies though 😉).. Although I supported Arsenal in their glorious era, but it's not their trophies that got me hooked.. it was the pure Class and Character that club showed.. and don't talk about history to me, you only became relevant because you want to keep up with us.. Arsenal moving up in NL (100 years ago) is the best thing that happened to Spurs..but i have to admit that I enjoy the NLD ( arguably the best in EPL), especially when you're a strong side.

TBH, if i were wanting a true THFC Legends team, i would go for players that have helped THFC win trophies / competitions. Unfortunately, the 1981/982/1984...players are pretty much too old now...except for one or two. Hmm..so thinking deeply. Archibald,Falco,Galvin,CAllen,Lineker,Keane,Defoe,Waddle,Ginola,Anderton,PAllen,Nayim,Stewart,Neilsen,Fruend,Jenas,Howells,Gazza,Lennon,Hughton,Miller,Roberts,Price,King,Sedgeley,Dawson,Woodgate,Edinburgh,Thorstveght,Robinson,Walker. Probably missed one or two out and have left out a few deliberately, for various reasons.
