    I am dreading classes three and four. Do you have any idea of the time you spent doing the reading, assignments, and responses for those classes? I have completed the first class and I felt like I spent 12-16 hours just for the first class. It wasn't difficult content but to ensure I put in thoughtful and complete content, I felt I put in a lot of time. It sounds like from your other videos you spent a lot in those classes. Thank you for your time

    • @DabidRobinson
      @DabidRobinson  Před 3 lety +2

      I did make videos on those two classes, the work is about the same. However much time you spend in the first two is about how much you will spend in those. All I can say is, maybe you are doing too much. I feel like you can get an idea of what the instructor wants, and without doing the most you can still get 100%. Thanks for commenting!

    Great to hear your experience! I have BS and MS in mechanical engineering. Gradually over the time, I start thinking the master in nursing MSN. But it requires to take prerequisites, such as biology and Lab, microbiology and Lab, Hunan Anatomy, Human physiology, besides the Chemistry and Statistics that I took already in BS and MS degrees. Estimate min 2 years to complete the prerequisites, then to take MSN grade courses in min 2 years. Is it correct? What will be the procedure to apply the Master Nursing Program? Should complete the four prerequisites first, then to apply the MSN next? Is it hard to get accepted in CSU? Thank you!

    1) Does any course named as "Masters in Science and Nursing Leadership and Management" is available in this university of Melbourne? If not, so by pursing which course, I can able to be Nurse Manager in future?
    2) Does course "Master in Advance Nursing" lead me to direct certification from Nuclex ? I mean Upon completion of this course is there any need to give Nuclex exam or I'm directly certified ?
    3) Does "Clinical Experience" is necessary requirement for the application of this course? If yes, so 1 year experience is enough? And does internship counts?

    I am considering studying Psychiatry as a Master's degree. My background is oncology nursing but after almost 10 yrs including 3 yrs as a breast cancer nurse specialist I feel like I am ready to change or at least supporting my knowledge and experience with different specialty.. Any thoughts??

      Psych NP is great. The only and major problem with the programs is that you have to find your own preceptors. It's a nightmare! I had to drop out because of it. Choose a school that guarantees clinicals, they are super expensive though.

      The route of MSN that I am used to requires a nursing background, but you should definitely look into it, if medical is something you are interested in.

      I don’t know the answer, you should meet with your school advisor and also tell them what part of the states you plan to come too, because that could make a difference
