If you more on creative side, you like colours and do drawings or illustration as a hobby, you can go with UI Design, but learn graphic design before getting into UI Design. And if you are fond of technical things and more into discovering the functionality, then you should start learning HTML, CSS and Javascript to become UI Developer.
