Some truck drivers stay off the right lane when driving through a city during rush hour to avoid collision with traffic entering the highway. Otherwise they have to keep charging lanes over and over whenever they approuch an exit to avoid collision and it makes it dangerous.
I am a truck driver. I always scan the traffic around me. As much as i possibly can i stay to the right except to pass. Changing lanes is a part of driving, not a convenience of driving like a lot of truck drivers do. Staying in a passing lane while not keeping up with nor passing is impeding traffic. Just wrong.
