I play bass, often poorly. I love effects and started this channel as a way to document what I've owned.
On this channel we look at bass effects pedals, Bass VI, pedal combinations and getting specific tones.

with how consistent and thorough you are i dont know how your channel isnt bigger. also i bet you could mod that to have a better low end on a single switch. usually its just a couple components to revoice a fuzz to handle bass better if i recall correctly.
Thanks! Yeah it’s a shame the channel isn’t bigger but I’m happy that I do have people that like the channel.
I think if I was a bit smarter with electronics, it might be an easy mod.. larger input/output capacitors is generally what I hear seems to be a way of increasing bass response. I’m very tempted to try it on something simpler
@@TheoAndHisPedals I am just getting into the modding/pedal kits sort of thing. its not too hard, and usually you wont do too much damage, but i would definitely try a more well documented mod on a cheaper pedal the first few times just to get the hang of it. heck if they gave you the pedal, might call them up and ask them how they would do it. could be your first signature pedal haha

Funny cause until you showed the charts and mentioned it, I did not hear that much of low end loss. Don’t know why? But I really like the overdrive sound on this one…
i think, with the low control up, it’s still a thick sound. And personally, as heavy in the lows as you would want on guitar but it’s easier to FEEL the drop in lows on bass in the room, especially when compared to the clean signal.
