    After Effects: goo.gl/AYnwEZ
    Adobe Photoshop: goo.gl/Mqy7Ja

    Today I go over how to animate shape layers in Adobe After Effects. I use the trim paths tool to create some neat shape layer animations!

    Thank you very much. I'm much more confident to learn After Effects now than I was when I had to learn Premiere!

    Thank you for making this video, but when you drew your triangle it already had a glow. So I went over and typed that in (glow) and I have no idea how to apply it to the little marker to draw with, please help 🙏🙏

      I just read this comment further down the thread, ''You will need to use the loopOut("cycle"); expression to do this. Animate the borders, and then use this expression to make it a constant animation. Check my newest tutorial for more info!

    Total noob here but when I go to draw my shape I don't get the outline, I get fill tool. I see you have "stroke" there but I don't. Maybe this is too advanced for me as a beginner. Regardless, it is really cool.

  • @sheepion2379
    @sheepion2379 Před 3 lety

    so no one is gonna talk about the fill like how the fuck do i fix that if if conect all the lines theyre is just a filled square how to fix this shit

  • @impendo_world
    @impendo_world Před 2 lety

    Kind of misleading thumbnail. :( I was expecting a square not a triangle. Can you show how to do a square please ?
    Also can this be done in Premiere Pro with out After Effects ?

    • @AdobeMastersOfficial
      @AdobeMastersOfficial  Před 2 lety

      All you have to do is use the tool to the left of the pen tool. Just draw out a rectangle and apply the same techniques.
      Regrettably this is not possible in Premiere Pro. It just doesn't have the control over paths like After Effects does.
