    Planks are also good. I recommend doing them twice a day to get started. It improved my posture.

    Perfect timing! I have been trying to fix my posture recently but other than being more aware of how I was standing and sitting I didn’t really know what to do. This video mentions some things I hadn’t heard before.

    I've done the ATG upper body stretch while doing the Kneeovertoesguy's programs before, and sometimes I stop doing reps just the place myself in that stretched position lol, I found the atg split squat wasn't the best for muscle building but the stretch and knee health is phenomenal

    One notice:
    You missed to tell the boys not to put too much weight, while training rotator cuffs. 10 % of the push power will he enough in the beginning. if you put too much weight it may cause injuries.
