Yes! Don't be afraid to train a bit different to everyone else in the gym.
Planks are also good. I recommend doing them twice a day to get started. It improved my posture.

I've done the ATG upper body stretch while doing the Kneeovertoesguy's programs before, and sometimes I stop doing reps just the place myself in that stretched position lol, I found the atg split squat wasn't the best for muscle building but the stretch and knee health is phenomenal

You missed to tell the boys not to put too much weight, while training rotator cuffs. 10 % of the push power will he enough in the beginning. if you put too much weight it may cause injuries.
