As far as I understand, the moment a person eliminates all likes and dislikes from his mind, he will become free of the cycle of birth and death.
Such a person is called _sthitaprajna_
Some spelling mistakes are present in the text. One has to be relieved from worldly entanglements and not relive them.
Mind cannot be quiet as long as it is bustling with the force of Karmma. Mind gradually qualifies to be quite as it gets exhausted of Karmma. By then the differred Self may have been through countless births and deaths. Karmmam is the driving force.
Please correct the title this is chapter 2 verse 64 not 65.
