So confused! Why do we need to wear a sock with every shoe? Some are ridiculous, the black sandal she is wearing like a 2cm strip of sock - why???
I’m a year late but was thinking this exact same thing …. Like wtf…. Some of those shoes don’t require socks… or the ones that do… they literally make no show socks for the intensive purpose of not seeing that socks are being worn. Also I only sort of watched the first two minutes

Exactly as far as I’m concerned when it comes to sandals, you don’t wear shoes if you’re a girl, you paint your toes and you look cute. It actually kind of grosses me out when I see grown ass men in the store during the summer wearing socks with their sandals, it just makes no sense you sweat so bad you’re gonna end up with some sort of athletes foot or something it just makes absolutely no sense
All of that will slide off the foot after walking 2 steps!

Is it just me or are their shoes a size to big? I wouldn't be able to do all this sock folding and still stick my fat foot in my shoe
That's why they need the socks in the first place...the shoes are too big.
You get a correctly sized heel and you don't need cushion. It won't rub.

I have a lovely pair of Gucci runners. Everytime I wear them I immediately remove the shoelaces and soak them in the hydrogen peroxide solution, with the following solution and I clean the rubber sides and canvas with 3 parts dishwashing detergent and 1part of hydrogen peroxide and give them a good wipe with the mixture. I've had them now for 4 years and they still look brand new. Don't soak them.

They do sell already made socks to fit in high heels. They also make cushions.
You're not putting the pad in the right spot, that's not gonna do anything, you have to put it up higher to the point where it goes slightly above the lip on the back.
You could also put a strong band aid on your heel

I used to do ballet and I used to get my shoes two sizes bigger and wrapped my feet for the support to keep my feet from being disgorged it caused me to have a bigger arch but I could practice longer and not have to loose focus on my flow of movement heels are the same I wrap my feet buying my shoes one to two sizes bigger
I always put the heels on and walk around in the store for five minutes. If your feet are uncomfortable at all don’t buy them! After a whole day in them, your feet will hurt.

Maybe a few are good but I’m not using booties to plant anything. And if I’m making a plastic mold to save a heel it’d be spray painted the same color. Use deodorant on your feet. Cuts down on bacteria. And lastly if the plastic on a flip flop comes out use a square plastic bread closure underneath until you can get home.
