Have to admit I never was a big fan of those 'life-hacks'. It reminded me too much of a grannies advices, who doesn't want to life in the 21st century. But YOUR stuff is really simple and helpful. Not only these life-hacks, but also your quick recipes. The milk carton flan for example is now in my repertoire when it comes to parties and B-Days. Thx 4 that

I think it meant that it lasts for two months
Yes, they mean you can keep it in the freezer for upto 2 months. To make the same day, I think 15-20 mts should be enough for the dough to set.

UM why cant you realize that it's if you make a big batch of dough you can freeze it that way to pull out and make a batch whenever you want, you dont freeze that long before making haha SIGH
