I have a situation where we were considering getting solar panels. This was contingent on the roof being capable of receiving them because we need a new roof.
My wife signed the contract, but I did not
And it does require a joint signature, especially considering that we jointly owned the house
Could I get out of this contract in the state of Oklahoma?
Granted, no equipment has been attached to my house. Just someone came out and looked at the roof.

Good morning, Kevin! Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, our team is not licensed in the state of Oklahoma yet, and we don't yet have any Oklahoma-specific content to share.

What about a Contract that was provided after the verbal Contract was established? He promised to draft and mailed his Attorney Client Engagement letter at a later date for me to sign and returned back to him. I even called and confirmed that he had received it, in which he had. But to my dismayed, I discovered Atty Little had not placed in my Client's File. This was intentional Negligence on his part to give him an fraudulent excuse to Terminated Representation. Fortunately, I provided a copy to the Courts.

Hi, someone sent me a contract in writing to pay me 3k after we had a verbal discussion and meeting of the minds. A week later the party advised me not to sign the contract and to get a lawyer. The party did not sign the contract but sent it from his personal email. I have text from his phone confirming the email was sent and text from my phone verifying I received the contract. Do I have a case in small claims

Why has it become common practice for businesses to refuse to provide a hard carbon copy of the contract to the signing party? Is there any recourse for that?
