What if my plaintext is "XEROX"?
when I put another X to make a digram and find the cipher, how to know whether the X part is my plaintext or just a filler?
Good Question, You can know whether the X was used as filler character or not by practicing more questions, you can easily figure out this by experience , when you do decryption you can know easily that what was plaintext. If you have any further queries I will be happy to solve your queries.

1. When you get plain text such as JINNY , you can make key matrix by excluding Q and writing all other alphabets, that means here i and j are placed separately , now it is easy to solve
2. Here in second solution , i and j are considered as same alphabet , now see my video carefully i had already explained what to do when two same alphabets are their, for example if text is ballon then what to do here ll are same alphabets.
I would recommend to go with 1st method, because their is no confusion here.
