Also if you want to watch the AWD system working you can goto the dashboard display screen and scroll down menu till you see the eco sport vehicle and than click on it and goto the AWD intelligent system, it will than give u a display of what wheels are working.
After looking at this vehicle on CZcams, I went to a dealership to check it out~ Really like it👌🏼. SIMPLE-would be perfect.

I got the SE trim on May 10, but it didn't have the BLIS, but with blind spot mirrors. I have it in smoke metallic with 2182 miles only since it was a rental and people test drove it and didn't like it and went for something else.

@@DeLoEnterprises Its ok, I just have to get used to not having it and having a blindspot mirror instead. I pay attention to both and as soon as I see a car in the lane I want to go into after I signal, I don't attempt to until they pass. I look at both mirrors and only attempt to turn after they leave both mirrors and they pass me as I should.

I just baught a 2020 model. The engine and battery light pop up before i start the car and go away when i start it why are they popping up?
i'd take it to the dealer to run a test!

It's determined on the drive mode selector I believe!
Does 4WD kick on by itself and will it tell you when it does kick on?
It has what Ford calls intelligent 4wd system. So another words it’s automatic and the computer knows when u need it.

It always sends power to the rear differential when accelerating from a standstill. Everytime. It then goes into front-wheel drive when up to speed, unless slip is detected.
It's different from vehicles such as the AWD Chevrolet Traxx, where those models ONLY engage the rear differentials after slip is detected; and sometimes it takes too long to react. The EcoSport's system is much more active and effective...but it comes at a cost. It's PTU (power transfer unit) needs the fluid changed much more often, as it gets cooked by the exhaust.

The rear door opening to the side is a deal breaker. What if you need to load up and someone is parked behind you?
The door isnt that big and if you don't back all the way in you should be fine. the vehicle is like 13 feet long!
@@DeLoEnterprises I'm referring more to situations like parking lots, or street parking where you have no control over how close somebody else parks to your vehicle.
