This is actually the first ever asmr video I watched. I watched it with a migraine and it helped me out a lot. Since then I have used asmr to help me, I cannot thank you enough for making this video and all your others
I have chronic migraines and can’t look at the screen, sometimes can’t even move. So I turn the phone face down, and try to focus on Latte’s soothing voice. It doesn’t help the pain but the noise stays low and it gives me a distraction from the overwhelming pain threatening to blow my brains out. Salad Finger videos also help. I just visualize the scenarios in my head if I can.
