I use it when I shampoo but never did it with the oil. I usually massage my head with my fingertips when I apply with that. Thanks for the tip

YXNGMP here’s my tips and I noticed less hair fall out in my OPINION don’t shampoo your hair a lot forgot why but look it up don’t use hot ass water only warm to cold water and know what products your using for your hair as in shampoo conditioner etc and daily depending on what your hair is pick it out like a routine so your hair can grow and not be short and helps it be loose and not tight in the same spot all the time
YXNGMP yo me I say shampoo your hair maybe twice a week so maybe one on Tuesday and another on Sunday just and in between do other things to help maintain your hair like picking it out and leave in conditioner etc

1. I know shampoo is not good for everyday but only 1 week.
2. I only used my hand gently wash hair shea moisture.
3. I did not try to pick my hair but only I can used to olive oil and pick hair.
4. I know the hot shower is bad for hair but i can use lukewarm.

Kevin Kyei use hair conditioner daily and shampoo once a week.Moisturize your hair before combing with shea butter(the best for type 4 hair) or castor oil or organic coconut oil(if your hair are really really dry).I would also advice to use a hair conditioner and a shampoo with argan oil cause its strengthen your hair

Yes you can, your hands will definitely get tired because you do need to add a bit of pressure and do it for 5 minutes.
