“Uncle Iroh would be proud” lmaooooo. Thanks for keeping it real, Sam. It was really interesting to hear your honest/unscripted thoughts about these questions. I’m really looking forward to this entire series. Mahalo nui for telling these stories and sharing them with the world.

Great to see the true authentic Sam, and look forward to the series! btw, the lore story you told, would ma a fantastic fiction/non fiction film. You are a great inspiration for people to not just trust their inner compass, but empower it, no matter where they are. Maloha!

Great stuff. Your passion for all of this is inspiring. The best compliment I give you is that this felt just like we were sitting around having a conversation. Looking forward to what you've got planned for this series and stoked you'll be putting out content more frequently.

Do you think in a past life you could have been native to the land or had strong ties to it, which is why you are so drawn and connected to it now?

Excited to hear more from this new direction! You should talk with one of the staff at Keiki O Ka'aina in Kalaheo and how they perpetuate Hawaiian culture and community for the young families on our island and all the islands. ❤

That is 100% true if you’re a good quality human being and you’re authentic and you’re humble your visit should be cherry. Yeah I must say there are a few folks out there that are disruptors that look for dispute that purposely aggravate and create opposition that in fact are born and raised here they are intimidating bullying act with malice toward visitors and treat them with distain and respect like they’re only dollar sighs. . Disrespect is unattractive and unacceptable either direction we have the ability to have a symbiotic relationship. When merry monarch comes to the big island the predator type locals come out I’ve seen grown local men use children to go up and ask tourists for money they are demanding it’s not OK it’s not OK also the way we treat the homeless population we are all accountable to behave with respect and dignity towards each other. When you slipped in the pigeon it definitely sounds like you can speak pidgin pretty good The common universal island language. 🤙🏽💯so Ah brah humor and humility it’s a great mixture to break the barriers.Sometimes reminding the locals that they have grown up in a magical place and they’re very privileged and mainland people often live in horrible places and save up their whole lives to come here respect dignity and civility it’s a two-way agreement true locals and the local culture at its core is love is honor is integrity. We are all blessed to be on these islands a hui hou.
