There are knock offs that work pretty well as well. The jump from $15 to $25 isn't that much, but there are knockoffs around $12-17 that are still great alternatives for the ones that costs much more. For example, the Ridge wallet costs $115-135. You could get one that isn't as well made for $15. Same with the ones with a button on the bottom that flips all the cards up and fan them out. Obviously they won't be as good as the original brand, but at a fraction of the costs some people could live with it.

I thought the first one looked familiar. I bought it like two years ago, but had forgotten the name of it. After 2 years in my (front) pocket, it's not showing any wear at all, and it's still going strong. You can fit more in it over time as the leather stretches out. This is both good and bad, because if you have less money in it, it's not a snug fit. Oh well, I just carry another "card" of some kind in there now. It's been a GREAT value. I like it.

I paid 3€ for my wallet, it holds around 15 cards, alot of coins, cash, my licenses, some documents, a little first aid kit, and it's relatively slim. I've been using it for 3 years, I don't understand why people want to spend so much on a wallet, plus, many people, including me, still use coins/cash on a daily basis, so those wallets are completely useless :/

I keep my driver's license and most often used credit card in the outside card slot and 6 cards inside with the quick pull tab that works great for easy access. Kind of cool that you can pull the money clip out and use either piece separate from one another. Carbon fiber money clip is light but feels durable. Leather looks like it will last a very long time.

So all my frequently used cards are outside and those which I need (which in London is a great multitude) are inside, super slim and I had it for about two years and it's still like new, so I got few more as gifts and spares, no gimmicky pull out straps....
