Rowin Beat Loop malfunction.

Recently purchased Rowin Beat Loop has an inherent flaw. Distortion on playback.

I made the mistake of buying one, I got the first one replaced because the intro/end button didn't function, the replacement is doing the same thing, going to return it.

May Rowin beat looper has a defect. It doesn't save the loops I made. When you turn it off or just turn the knob to example number 1 loop to number 2 it disappear's instantly. Any solution for this. Thanks
