- Getting back to work on the trophy truck. Welding was sketchy and I noticed now my gas was low which explains everything! I'm getting closer and closer. And you are reading this right now and I now know people really do read this.

Once you have that complete and tested Haywire you really should think about drawing it to scale so you can send the images to a manufacturer to produce it as a kit for people to buy :) One thing I have noticed though that you may want to give a little consideration to is the shell. The back end where you've separated it makes it look a bit flimsy, so likely to break. Might be worth gluing some balsa wood to the inside of the panels if there's room for it. Respect though mate, you're an artist and an engineer. Also wanted to say thanks for the shoutouts when I pop into your livestreams. Makes me feel like part of your community even though we've got a big pond between us.

Hell yeah I built this same exact thing ironically with lrp spec 4 but your rearend set up is what I need to upgrade my chassis too if your anywhere near Wisconsin we should get together and produce these for the public!
That would be my dream but I’m very far from you. I’m gonna try to build all shorts of mini hotrods like a drag car next and a monster truck. Rear end set up works pretty good. SSD axial yeti rear axle fits great and Im using the same housing on the drag car

Super rad build bro! I’ve been wanting to do a nitro truck also!! Hey! Do you know what you’re going to do for the front spindles? On all my trucks with jato arm front conversions I throw on the slash 4x4 front hubs and steering blocks. Only takes a little dremeling on the arm and block and slides right in. Super strong and has better geometry with the steering and suspension travel.
@@MattCustomsRC i have aluminum 2wd slash spindles on it. Caster block is STRC and the bearing carriers are hot racing.
