Hay muchos elementos coincidentes, como el aspecto de algunos enemigos, los efectos de sonido, etc, aunque a mí se me parece mas a Robocop que a DragonNinja.
That's a good question. The first thing that came to my mind was that the game will allow you to play another loop of the game, but then you can clearly realise that the missed things are all the ladies appearing in the next scene. Beatiful missed things for sure :)

Bueno en este caso los malos tienen mas pinta de ser iraquies. Los que se llevaron la palma con el tema anticomunista fueron Capcom con mi amado Strider ;)
This game is nothing but Bad Dudes with a gun and edited sprites. Even the sound effects are EXACTLY the same.
I'll say the same with Robocop. Anyway all of them are jewels for me.
