  • Aaron's 1989 Suzuki Sidekick on the Rubicon at the annual Marlin Crawler Rubicon Roundup. We went from Loon Lake to Lake Tahoe in two days, no problems again this year. We built the exo-cage just before the trip. We had a great time again, can't wait for next year!

It's the stock Suzuki master, with V6 front brakes, and stock V6 Toyota rear drums. It stops excellent! I think I used FJ80 rotors on the front iirc.

I am glad! I am on Xplornet satellite internet and can’t even watch videos at 240p without a bunch of buffering!!

It goes 70mph as long as it is flat, slight uphill it will do 55-60mph, but on long steep hills in 3rd im going 40mph if I'm lucky. Honestly I'm never in a rush when I'm driving it :)
It never lets me down though, it has gladly gone everywhere I have ever wanted to go. We drove it up to Big Bear several times and that's close to 7000 ft. elevation.
