I had a primary school teacher back in around 1989ish would was called Miss Sillars and was from Arran, I believe she had only recently qualified and being in east end Glasgow, in of the most deprived area in the UK must have been daunting as the kids were unruly. I recall she would give out "prizes" for good behavior, of pencils etc at the end of the week. I can't recall her first name but would love to know what she's been up to all these years. Also I worked in a branch of the co-op with a young man named Jamie, from Arran, in 2010, he was a student and he told us he had also worked in the Co-op in Arran. Hope he is also doing well :)
