I made this pumpkin bread a few weeks ago and it was fabulous!
I make many different varieties of pumpkin bread; my latest had granola in and on top. I always make one for me and one for my mon; she loves it. But this right here might make her sing! 😂. I can not wait to make it. I had a few cans to go through and I just made pumpkin pecan granola this morning with the last can. I am definitely making this with the fresh pumpkins I have for roasting. Thanks for sharing 😊

On the butter in your recipe it said 1 1/2 tbps of unsalted butter so I know one whole stick is 8 tbps and and 1/2 4 tbps

This looks like a very good recipe. The thing is, I cannot watch it because you, like so many youtube cooks have your long hair dangling over the food. Also you are having to push your hair back. The worst thing to me is finding hair in my food, yuck.
If the hair is closed, it is more beautiful. So is the sloppy and old look 😑
