    Andrew Huberman, PhD (@hubermanlab), is a neuroscientist and tenured professor in the Department of Neurobiology at Stanford University’s School of Medicine.     came from hamza--quick question, i'll remove my phone from pocket, but what about airpods? is that an issue too?

      just don't put them in your pocket, btw I get headaches from using airpods in general idk why

      Airpods connect to smartphones via bluetooth. And you cannot turn it off. Keep every device that connects throught the air out of your pocket.

    Me and my wife r trying to concieve, she has gotten pregnant various times but after a few weeks it never continues, the last part couldnt have been more accurate, it is very much a very emotional / expensive mental battle with life itself .

    If I turn on iphone on airplane mode and put it in my pocket is that still bad?

      I personally would still assume that electric circuitry emits electrical radiation.
      But objectively you have to look out for the heat that your smartphone emits. (5:13)

    Yep, no matter if you’ve been called infertile or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.

    Blind spot: parenting lowers testosterone, general average health and happiness, looks, and wealth. Also there's opportunity costs for other good causes and goals.

      @@samhansen794 caring for existing humans may be important yes. Making new ones isn't needed nor optimal. We didn't evolve to be sane, just to transmit DNA.
