Bridge was built by the Chinese with 85% of the budget coming from EU funds. Croatia had the task to build the adjacent roads and every single one was finished behind schedule. That's Croatia in a nutshell - let the others pay for it and do the hard work, and we'll throw a party before we even complete our tiny part of the project. :D But, the bridge is quite awesome!
I bet it will collapse in 5 years just like all the buildings in China and your population due to the one child policy and your economy based completely on foreign investment, slave labor, and corporate espionage.
