tweet: Maraming 'bo-ngi -- bo-ngi' na roads -- why not cement them new? Baguio needs organization, badly. Buildings are scattered all over the city including homes atop the mountainside -- they look ugly. Mr. Mayor Magalong - why not speak to a land surveyor and with developers -- they can help organize your city and modernize it. I don't see a flyover/freeway in Baguio in this video.
