EASY EGGLESS STRAWBERRY CAKE WITHOUT WHIPPED CRAM, BUTTER, CURD, CONDENSED MILK

Today I am sharing the recipe of much requested Strawberry Cake. The cake is very easy to make with a spongy base and an easy strawberry glaze. It is very delicious and worth to try. Do try it and give your feed backs.

Weight of cake- 1 pound
Cake tin- 6 inch diameter
Measuring cup- 240 ml
For Batter
All purpose flour-1 cup
Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup +2tbsp
Unflavoured Refined oil- 1/4 cup
Milk- 1/2 cup+ 2 tbsp
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Salt- 1/4tsp
Strawberry essence- 1/2 tsp
For Strawberry Glaze
Fresh Strawberries- 12
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Silver ball and white chocolate chips for decoration
