Are the 9 hills at Queen course a runner's worst nightmare?
We visited Queen's parkun in Glasgow to tick off the letter 'Q' in our parkrun alphabet, but how did we fair on this VERY hill parkrun course?
Join us for silly crowns, find out if Chris managed to fit in as one of the Queens and meet Charlie, the Run Dog-rector for our verdict and see if we managed to survive the hills!

Haha, I honestly thought those hats were photoshopped onto the thumbnail before I watched the video! I really want to do this parkrun one day. I already have a Q (Queen Elizabeth in Hampshire) but I'm greedy and I want another one! Hats (or crowns!) off to you and all the other parkrunners there. Everyone looked as though they were taking those hills entirely in their stride! :)

I grew up across the road from there. I used to run around the perimeter fence, not quite as hilly!
Haha this is very true! They clearly wanted to be mean when planning the parkrun route with all of those hills 😂 great parkrun though and a lovely place to grow up! ☺️

Tollcross Parkrun in Glasgow starts with a hill, and you go up that hill three times. Worth trying.

9 hills. Wow. And you two just kept on running. Well done. I'm now really curious to see you run Durlston Country Park - only 5 hills but (whilst it's hard to tell on camera) - I think Durlston's are more difficult
