Thanks, I hadn't run for 10 days (other than a mile for my run streak as I was resting and injury to the opposite ankle 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤣) so it seems unlikely it was running related 🙃
You said “a collection of parkrunners” which got me thinking- what is the actual collective noun? An arbitrary of parkrunners? A dunsmore? A faffle? An apricot?
Talk about a PB worthy course -- flat as a pancake -- although it looks like it would be a bit of a challenge for the front runners on a crowded route like that. Also thank you for the tour of Lincoln -- I always figured that was a US name. Always cool when you see what a village like that would've looked like back in its heyday. I also like how the weather changed from dreary to almost summer-like. I did a 5K along the shores of Utah Lake -- what a beautiful morning. I went back and ran most of the course afterwards to get some photos and I was thinking -- I bet Nicola would absolutely love the views. We are at 4500 feet though -- so definitely more challenging -- what I wouldn't give to run at sea level again. Cool video and I always love watching your running adventures.

Lincoln is a cathedral city, not a village 😂. It's the county town of Lincolnshire, which is one of the UK'S largest counties.
