I'm at 40m into this video and feeling cheated because this information, or at least in it's entirety, was not made available to me. The "Expectation of Care" that is partly Cardiac Rehab and how it can benefit me was not told me truthfully, not to mention comprehensively. I am 51 and I had my double bypass and mitral valve surgery four months ago. Had I known this information, I would have insisted on taking part. I was made to feel like I was fine since I take care of myself and I assumed my "young cardiac age". It begs burning questions for me at this point. Some of those would be: Is it too late? If so, where can I glean the knowledge that is imparted in the rehabs? What is my next best step? *If anyone out there can contribute to my plight, albeit mildly histrionic, I would appreciate it.
Great presentation, thank you so much
Thanks for this
