Far as I know, Israel hit the Annex building next to the Embassy. The claim that they hit the consulate in Damascus is farcical. They didn't touch Iran's Damascus HQ, nor Canada's HQ next door.

It isn’t Palestine. Palestine was a region, not a people. Not many Arabs even lived in the area when some people started calling it Palestine. Arabs never called it Palestine until it suited their agenda.

Palestine never existed, Israel was kind enough to give them land and self govern themselves and couldn't even do that. Ok here's the thing imo the USA should protect Israel are country's foundation pledge is one nation under God Israel is the holy land. Please 🙏 let me know what you guys think
I agree but for different reasons. It would be the holy land regardless of what nation was there. To me, Iran are expansionist, and a nation ran by bigots. They wish everyone to live under Islam and fund to destabilize Israel for existing. They check all the boxes of actual bad guys. Israel has a right to exist and that alone is enough for the US to be concerned with the welfare of Israel and Iran's leadership is enough for the US to counter Iran.
The religious aspect of it is something that is a side note. From a Christian standpoint is sounds clear, but it isn't really. With exception of Jerusalem, East Palestine (West Bank) sits on the Holy land. Also, this is not the Israelites who returned, but the Judeans, although they branched from Solamon and can be considered Israelite, they are not from the Northern Kingdom that was scattered. Not saying they should not have Christian religious support, but it is something a Christian should keep in mind. We cannot call the Israeli an Israelite, because we know they aren't. So this may not be the Israel the Bible spoke of returning unless we are speaking directly to "Children of Jacob (Israel)" as a people and not a nation in a broader acceptance, but biblically is seems to be talking directly about those scattered from the North Kingdom (Israel) and not those of the Southern Kingdom (Judea). This is hard to nail down. The Bible does use the term Jew (Yeh) and "Children of Israel" together in the New Testament encompass all and this could very well be that, Israel.
I believe it good enough to just say Israel have a right to exist. The Muslim have been dirty to them, and Israel have been dirty back to them. It is a muddy situation. But in the end and at it basic, It is about if Israel should exist, I believe it should the US should support them for that alone.
Under God is not part of the original pledge. It was added in the 1950s.
