Apologies for a late upload, by Azaleas mood you can see we’ve been going through some growth spurts and hard times for mama & pops bear to be productive in work mode…cuddles are essential 24/7 & definitely always loved
Hope you enjoyed our little cooking show down…They were super delicious and it would have been a shame not to use the footage - so hope you don't mind the throwback vibes. As for the actual samosas that we made in the video, they by no means are traditional…we make food with what we’ve got in the fridge so it was kind of invented in that moment.
But if your looking to make them then the basics you need to know are these:
Potatoes
Peas/carrots/corn
Veg Oil
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Garam Masala/Curry spice
Salt
Tumeric
Lemon
Coriander
Samosa Dough Recipe:
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 1/4 Self Rising Flour
6 Tablespoons Oil/Butter
9 Tablespoons Water

Thank you very much for the samosa cooking class, we love eating them but haven't been game to make them. I'm not the best at pastry! They remind me of tiny Cornish pasties, the ingredients are so similar. Azalea sounds like she is going through the loud stage, from 3-4 months babies discover their voices and 'talk' whenever you do. It's very funny, you have to put them in another room when the phone rings.

The spices need to be cooked along with the veggies. That's the rule of thumb while you are working with Indian spices.Raw spices like turmeric or curry powder can be quite overpowering. The only spice that is added at the end of the cooking process is garam masala.

I know it must be creepy to have people you dont even know comment on your home. I am starting my own Channel April first...and it will happen to me too. I pretty observant as I worked in the movie biz for 10 years and had to make sure all of the sound cables, and hidden planted mics were not visible to camera. So I had to look at a frame on the monitor and make damm sure all was GOOD. I worked for some really high profile movies and every second of the filming day was worth hundreds so we all had to be on our toes.
