Scammers are so disheartening. I am many years older than you and in the past never questioned buying/selling used goods. My 20 something son finds me naive and gullible. Yesterday a woman of a similar age to me brought some stools by I had purchased from her online (shout out to the nice lady who delivered my stools across the SF Bay!!!). Son was shocked and bemused she just came into our house with no wariness. I had to nostalgically share with him stories of times gone by when scammers were much rarer and fear of strangers much less.

Your house is so beautiful y'all did a great GREAT JOB. Not that it's any of my business but I would be sad if y'all chose to sell it. I surely hope you just rent it out so when you decide to come home you will have a beautiful place to come home to.
