RP (recived pronounciation) is what most would call a 'posh' english accent. it has no regional quirks (unlike tom who has a midlands accent and dialect)
hal isn't welsh but adam is so it's adam who has a welsh accent. (i hope that made sence)

irish actors have the most beautiful english rp acents (and this is coming from someone with a rp accent) .
damien and colin (Morgan,merlin) both have perfect english accents. where as an english man trying to do an 'irish' accent is useually painful to hear lol
