I know everyone agrees with me when I say that you should have a video with only visual triggers and the only word used in that video is "good" or "okay", it's one of your best triggers in my opinion.

I LOVE the clicking sound you do. It’s the strongest auditory trigger I’ve ever experienced. Yours is the only version of that sound that does it for me, as well. I appareciate your inclusion of it, but I also appreciate that you don’t overuse it and make it lose its luster.

Most cases of epilepsy are not triggered by flashing light or lights rapidly turning on and off. Unless the seizures are usually localized in the Occipital Lobe (I think this is the correct part of the brain but please correct me if I’m wrong) then a seizure will 99% of the time not be triggered my flashing lights. There is more detail into how photo-sensitive epilepsy and epilepsy in general are triggered, but I think this description gives a basic understanding. Obviously, if you already know this, have epilepsy, and still do not feel comfortable watching this then don’t; it’s better to be safe than sorry. But I just know that it is a common misconception with epilepsy so I thought I’d write this. Happy tingling

I'm more responsive to visual triggers like hand movements. This is the 2nd time I've tried follow the light triggers and it was AMAZING!
I never got so many tingles before last night and couldn't get anymore because I was already so relaxed I was falling asleep!
Woke up this morning and I keep getting tingles when I try to relax lol! It is as if this video unlocked my ASMR pathways, since I've been trying all sorts of audio triggers but only get an occasional reaction to them.
