    Splinter cell needs to go back to the old stealth gameplay format just like chaos theory and old gen double agent I miss that play style.

    • @madalin8525
      @madalin8525 Před 7 lety +10

      Blacklist did just that. :)

    • @d.fortner6653
      @d.fortner6653 Před 7 lety +14

      Yeah blacklist was pretty fun with the stealth gameplay action if you wanted to play it like the way you wanted to but I mean like going all the way back to the stealth formula like the first three games in the series including double agent as well.

      What formula ? Enlighten me. I know you can finish Splinter cell Blacklist without killing anyone

    • @d.fortner6653
      @d.fortner6653 Před 7 lety +9

      I mean like going back to like how the first splinter cell played or maybe like chaos theory style I mean like getting by guards like the old times without your stealth rating getting affected by whatever you do in the missions.

      @TheEarthquake1001 Před 7 lety +1

      The next gen double agent had that gameplay style to though

    It bugs me that everyone thinks the goggles are actually that bright. They're not. They're made that way for the game to give them visual representation. In real life the light would be invisible.

    • @ciege5109
      @ciege5109 Před 2 lety +3

      All they have to do is play the games... Toss out a sticky cam, look at Sam, and all the bright lights are off because that is what he looks like in-universe. This shouldn't be hard to understand.

    • @lucky6961
      @lucky6961 Před 2 lety

    the SC pistol is not the same as a FN 5.7 SC is a reference to the HK mk.23 SOCOM, a .45 built with imput from Navy SEALS, hence the name, and hence why Sam Would use it. The SC is big, and so later when the FN 5.7 was actually made it makes sense that Sam would switch.

    In Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Sam Fisher uses Penchak Silat (and I think a bit of Kali) instead of Krav Magra for close combat takedowns. Nonetheless, Krav Magra takes techniques and terms from both of the respective martial arts listed before, thus Krav Magra can be similar to the two at times.

    2:27 "Convinced Clancy to allow it" No, they didn't need to "convince" Clancy of anything!! Its true that Clancy DID gripe about the multi-vision goggles, but he had NO say whatsoever in their implementation. Tom Clancy's name was on the product merely as a marketing gimmick to get the game to sell with his endorsement; none of the Splinter Cell franchise was created by Tom Clancy. He had no hand in its creation. Ubisoft created Splinter Cell with writers J.T Petty & Clint Hocking. Clancy's name was on the product for marketing reasons, nothing more. They PAID him to have his name on the game.
