- Small Multitrack demo of some of my patches for the Behringer Pro 800.
All sounds are 100% Pro 800 (including Bass Drum , hihat and and Zap snare Percussion)
Yeah It sounds "under-produced" = No Effects, no EQ, no Compression, no reverb...nothing.....just the RAW sound of the synth multitracked in Ableton LIVE

Absolutely perfect!! Those envelopes sound quite snappy for a p600 clone. For a moment i thought i was listening to Kobol Electronics. Definitely gonna check your music!

Would just like to say, well done on the patches, really very good.
Sometimes patches dont need effects and EQ's to bring the best out sounds.
These are good examples of that.
May i ask what are your thoughts of the synth itself?
i love it ;-), for the price, nothing to say, with the first release i was a bit disappointed , but with the 1.2.7 update, wow!! it's perfect for my needs, the poly synth i was waiting for!!

Nice couple, but same filter (Curtis)...
Add the MS-20 to the equation and you could be in electro/industrial heaven...
Edit.- ...or the Behringer K2, in case of tight budget...
Laurent, please tell me, I can’t decide on the choice. Can the Pro-800 replace the Pro-1 for say bass? Or perhaps the Pro-800 can completely replace the Pro-1? Thank you.
Hello, hard to answer, i have both, personnally i don't think it can replace the Pro 1 fully, because of more CV inputs/source of modulation, and i find the envelopes on the pro 1 a bit more punchy...it depends on the kind of bass sound you want to make.....Don't get me wrong, the pro 800 is also excellent for bass sound, and i'm also making bass sound with it....but the Pro 1 is slightly different and more "in your face", more punchy......Having both is the best of course, but i think you wouldn't make a bad choice by starting with the Pro 800, it's a great "all rounder"....that's my opinion of course ;-)

I thought it sounded OK, I hate when they EQ the heck out of a track, cutting out they rich subharmonics and then it sounds "plastic" at the end. It's a pity that you couldn't make it into a longer (2 minutes) song.
Classic-ish and not very original (heard a billion time) but still nice. Tho' why some bleeps are off tune when the pads modulate ( minor 3rd) at 0:27 ? it create an unconfortable feeling, I'd also modulate the bleeps.

It's not meant to be "original".....it's a quick synth demo....
NO! That's just it, no one will ever really record dry! I really wish youtubers would agree that we need to hear these beasts with some bit of reverd! All synth are ugly dry! No one likes it dry. LOL.
Totally disagree. I want to hear the exact sound of the dry synth in any demo. So I can hear exactly what it sounds like.
@@deathtrapdan When would you really ever record anything without effect? I get what you are saying, but to me, I'd like to know what potential there is, even with a little reverb. ';)
@@Curious_Skeptic whilst slight reverb has a small place in my mixes, I don’t make ambient music and prefer dry and punchy in your face sounds.
But more importantly, you can add reverb or whatever effects you want to the CZcams audio. But I can’t take it off to hear the true sound of a synth I might be interested in buying.
@deathtrapdan I get it. Just say n, reviewers adding a 20 second demo w effect would be helpful to get inspiration of what a partical synth might sound like through a little effect.

Its not useless - its a demo showing the capabilities of this synth to basically create a Dopplereffekt style track, and does it amazingly well. Thanks for uploading - respect !!
