Sanger's rival? Pfft. Someone comes along every game that calls themselves his rival. There've been only two that he's considered as a rival. One was Kyosuke. The other was Wodan Ymir.
AL-Van and Sanger no-selling each other's giant sword attacks while being a knight and samurai respectively doesn't qualify? I think you definitely need to reevaluate some things. Sanger even flat out said that he had always wanted a fight like that.
Al-Van was the one mancrushing on Sanger in their first encounter and Sanger is always looking to fight strong opponents. Bonus points if they're honourable. That doesn't mean he considers him "a rival". For that to occur there'd need to be actual scripted events requiring Sanger to be on a map when Al-Van is there. There are none, and if you aren't careful you can actually miss their little duel if you don't field Sanger. Al-Van's rival role is filled by either Calvina or Touma since they're required on maps where he shows up.
You don't have to explicitly state that somebody is your rival for it to be so. SRW fans were waiting for that battle for years, and it even has an entry in TVTropes' "Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny" page. Touya and Calvina are required not because they're rivals, but because those meetings are very relevant to the plot. Do you know the definition of rival? It's "A person or thing that is, or seen to be equal or comparable to another." For instance, "The Golden Eagle's only rival in size is the Bald Eagle." Big transforming crystal sword=Big transforming metal sword Giant Mecha=Giant Mecha Knight=Samurai That's pretty much the definition of rival. Now, do they have a *rivalry*? No, that implies competition for the same objective. I'm not saying that, and I think that you may be confusing the two terms
I have two very important questions about this game. One: Can you play as both Calvina and Touya at the same time? Two: Can this game be run on PC or is it PS4 only?
For every storyline they need to come up with a gimmick why these guys are more powerful than what Earth encountered before. Although this time the enemies feel rather weak storywise. The Steel Dragons rather easily overcame even the fury's timestop trump card.
Wouldn't go that far when you consider HOW the Fury used their Larseleim the first few times you see it. They focus solo on reclaiming Granteed. Think about the havoc they could've done if they'd bothered to take out a few members of the team before they came up with a counter.
She's like a frigging female Sanger with that level of intensity. I'm currently scouring for this now that I know there's a PS4 English version.
Well, duh. Who else could Sanger's rival have fallen in love with? ;p

I have two very important questions about this game.
One: Can you play as both Calvina and Touya at the same time?
Two: Can this game be run on PC or is it PS4 only?
One: There's still earth/space routes but they meet up and both team up
Two: Not sure but highly doubt it, only PS4 that I know of.
This is a ps4 Exclusive game.
You could basically play it on PS3 emulator, but Japanese only
聽到音樂真的很感動
OH nice, my pre-order finally shipped.
How's the translation? Passable?
It's has some pretty obvious typos here and there but nothing remotely bad.
Serviceable, a little on the literal side but nowhere near Hollow Fragment-bad.
What is it with these mechas and their crystal-like particle weapons...
Zetto Vii it's all orgone energy. That's really all I know. In game it looks cool but doesn't change much.
