ផ្នែកទី១: គ្រឿងផ្សុំរបស់ស្នូលកាឆាយ
- ស្លឹ្កកកាឆាយ ( ៤ខាំ )
- អំបិល កន្លះស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ
- ទឹកខ្ចង ១ និង កន្លះ ស្កាបព្រាបព្រាកាហ្វេ
ផ្នែកទី២: គ្រឿងផ្សុំសាច់នំ
- ម្ស៉ៅឆា១ ពែង
- ម្ស៉ៅអង្ករ ១ ពែង
- ម្ស៉ៅដណ្នើម ១ ពែង
− អំបិល កន្លះស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ
− ស្ក ១ ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ
- ទឺកក្តៅដាំពុះភ្លាមៗ ១ និង ១/២ ពែង
- បងប្អូននិងត្រូវការខ្លាញ់ខ្លះ
Part 1: Lightly Cook the Garlic Chives
- .90lb ( 400g) Gralic Chives
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 & 1/2 tsp of oyster sauce
Part 2: Dough to make garlic cake chive
- 1 cup tapioca starch
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp sugar
- 1 & 1/2 cup Freshly boil hot water
- you will also need about 2 tbsp of cooking oil

I like your cooking in this recipes you don't fry the chive , just mix with oil and seasonings then rest for a few minutes chive will wilted .

Have u had experience to freeze them? What do u think which is the best way to freeze, freeze the raw or the steam one? Thank in advance.
You can freeze them raw by using baking sheet to layer in between them so they don’t stick together
