NAS is a mans MAN... his music has saved me in a lot of different ways. Salute to a KING 💯
Big facts! And he inspired me to improve my vocabulary in my teens!🤘💯
Definitely. I was a senior in high school nearly the same age as Nas when Illmatic dropped and was sold the moment I heard “The World Is Yours.” The jazz production with the word play was mind blowing and he was dolo.
I’ve yet to hear any man not respect homie. (Only Pac but even that was short lived because even PAC’s side said he respected Nas).
nas always been one of the smartest brothers
The greatest of all time 🐐 King Esco
Nas is spiritually thriving. He looks younger now, more vibrant, ascended of sorts. Amazing!
Watch this...
Love that Nas gave respect to the pioneers before him. That’s becoming a lost element in hip hop nowadays. We gotta give flowers to the pioneers while they’re still here.
He always does..Especially to G.Rap, Krs, Rakim, Slick Rick & Chuck D
That was why he smoked J in Either...for disrespecting Biggy
Nas puts rap to shame now days. East coast rap is where it is! Word!
The only ones really doin it in the new generation is Russ and Benny The Butcher
@Talim Palomino I guess it depends on what you consider this generation I was talking last 5 years. Kendrick is corny to me but Cole is in my top 10 of all time
You think nas ever gets tired of being complimented ... he a humble
Person! It’s almost like he cringed when they give him props lol... freaking legend
Nas is a lane by his self!!!
Yea he is. The man never has done too much as far as trying too hard. Always has been laid back despite having the accolades to be boastful.
Neither one of these guys have aged 😊❤️
Jalen is a true Nas fan, and this has to be the best Nas interview
So humble, while being literally the best to ever do it
His humbleness is part of what makes him GREAT not just talented, love that
Jalen Rose .... Best interviewer ever for Nas he should be his traveling interviewer any more interviews should go thru Jalen 💯🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐
Met Nas at sweetchick in LA 2 years ago, such a humble dude. Respect to the goat
Nas be on that Alkaline water
Dude look 30 lol. No cap.
Im about to drink it lol.. cuz of him ☝🏾
Alkaline water, berries and lemon grass, Dude looking fresh. So guys cut out the richmans diet that causes diseases
Nas is definitely a treat just like when Denzel Washington do a movie it's a treat I appreciate the 2 Kings two of the purest men in entertainment.
I think you just explained it 100%, Denzel is Nas, Nas is Danzel, Kings!!
@@hlalelemokenela349 no shaka zlulu is the real king
Nas is one of the GOATS !!! This man is a lyrical genius ! PS , Nas doesn’t age one bit ! He looks the same as his picture on the “ It Was Written “ album in 1996 !
Its unbelievable how young he looks for his age
DONT Wait until he's dead! One of the greatest if not the greatest! Only to 2PAC my brother, you taught me alot.
That's right bro. Give'em there flowers while they here.
Top 4: Wayne - B.I.G. - Nas - 50

The greatest storyteller. Can flex EVERY STYLE of flow, freestyles like the oldskool, had multiple Platinum records, has one of the greatest Rap classics, one of the greatest diss records...and outgrew the music business thru using his money intelligent...this man is a role model for ANY young man out there.
Major facts! 💯✊🏾
Nas skin. Just beautiful
Nasir Jones = THE 🐐👑
Thr greatness of Nas is really how humble this legend is. To me besides all the incredible things he has done its how himble he is that show me just how great he is. Much love the a hero of mines and thank you Jalen for show the love and respect and providing us with this classic interview between two awesome brothers.
Born and raised on the west coast Cali forever but Nas has always been my dude. I can't remember how many times I popped my Nas tapes in my Walkman in Highschool. Nas needs to be heavily marketed to the world because of the message he has.
King's Disease is still AOTY
Ele
Nas is the true goat but ELE2 is the album of the year.
Benny
Agreed although ELE 2 is a classic!!
@@georgehoustonofficial Chomp by Russ. The most potent 5 song EP you will ever hear got features from Crooked I, Busta Rhymes, AbSoul, Benny The Butcher and Black Thought
“Nas escobar moving all ya weak productions”- eye of an eye - RIP Bandana P!
One of nas best verses
A drug dealers dream...
And that's why Nas is one of my favourite artists and no.1 in my top ten Mcs.

Nas literally going into his second child hood!! He hasn't aged. It's like he's reversing it!!

Nas King of NYC!!!
Thank you King Nasir for recognizing afrika, South Africa in particular, the goat himself Nastradamas, appreciate him long time
Yeah, only if he knows about South Africans Xenophobia behavior. Why do y'all hate other Africans when the people you all should be mad at is the white people that oppress you economically even till now.
This was one of the greatest interviews ever ✌🏾 to Nas and Jalen 👏🏾
GOAT lyricist

Wow. Nas is the GOAT!
Nas was about to check out when Jalen brought up Ether & Takeover. He hate talking about that
I know I hate that Nas gets pussified about ether. If he ever performed that live I would pay 2000 for tickets.
George Houston u know he has tho right...But I think he acts like that because he a Virgo and he stepped out of his character to do that and since then him and Jay made peace so I understand
Yooo when i heard represent , represent he was my guy after that way back i used to tell fellas he the guy 4reAl

@@papasmurf9484 okay you're getting off topic
Two brothers who I respect having an intelligent conversation...💯
I'm just respect than the fact that Nas made the transition to a businessman and entrepreneur I should say so that's one of the things that make me kind of happy to see in this guy evolvd University for music right into the world on business so then entrepreneurship big shout outs man that's what it's about so yeah you always can put him in that category with all the rest of them he was already a grade MC he just needed that other partners portfolio to evolve
Nas been in many interviews lately.
@Jonathan Coleman which one? The one he released like a month ago or another one that is still unreleased?
He's gonna release another lost tapes and supposed to do a album with a.z...

NAS , IS THE GOAT . NO OTHER WORDS NEEDED ☺️☺️☺️☺️
Nas the KING OF NY
"Biggie's Ready to Die album came out several months after Illmatic, and Biggie was crowned king of New York in the popular culture of Hip Hop heads, Ready to Die unfairly over-shadowed Illmatic, which is truly a classic album. Though they were quite distinct artists, they innovated in analogous ways. Biggie merged language that was high and low, vernacular and vocabulary words, in a way that sounded natural. He did this with a sophisticated understanding of the patterns of black language. When a different or unusual word or phrase could be introduced while still maintaining the aesthetics of black language, he inserted it.
NaS, in contrast, merged concepts that were high and low, vernacular and metaphysical, in a manner that was whole rather than pieced together, thus presenting a complex that is unusual in any music outside of jazz. What Biggie started to do with language in 1994, NaS had already begun to do with ideas on Illmatic. He carries us through the "Righteous steps" of the cosmic, oceanic, and literal dimensions of his person. He transcends." - Imany Perry (Born To Use Mics)
Much love from South Africa
Thank you!
enjoyed
N A S are that letters that spell Nas.
