No software does the lines for you, it all has to be done manualy. But yeah, as Josh M mentioned, the best one out there so far is the virtual surveyor.
Looks like Drone Deploy, it’s an amazing application but pricey.
The software used for processing the images is called Pix4D. You can also measure distances, areas and volumes in this program.

Centimeter level horizontal accuracy but tens of meters vertical innacuracy :( Even P4 RTK places barometric altitude in place of GPS altitude in EXIF data.

Can you fly the Phantom 4 RTK in regular GPS mode without the RTK base station like other prosumer DJI drones? In other words, could I buy the Phantom 4 RTK drone, learn to fly it, and then go back later and buy the base station and additional accessories? I'm trying to make the cost gradual instead of $10k all at once.

I wonder if the controller is fixed. I guess it's a gamble. From not turning on, to only charging to 3 bars. In order to fix the problem with the controller not turning on is to either take the controller apart and unplug the battery and plug it back in, or let the controller sit overnight for the battery to completely drain so you can actually charge it, because the controller actually puts out a wifi signal even though it shows it's not on. And if you contact DJI they might have you send it in, but good luck with that considering by the time they receive it the controllers battery completely discharges and so they will tell you there is nothing wrong since it will charge up for them. They know about that problem but they choose not to fix it for the people who have had those problems unless you pay for it of course.

I think you would find the standard Phantom 4 series to be adequate for your purposes. If you love flying drones that capture great footage, that’s what you should go for. The Phantom 4 RTK is for industrial use for large scale area mapping. The Phantom 4 starts at around $1,299. There are of course cheaper, yet powerful drones from DJI available, such as the Mavic Air ($799) or the Spark ($399).
Get the EVO or a Yuneec drone! It’s better and cost is better
