Thank you Mr. Sujit Nair for roping in Mr.P.Bhushan for this excellent talk on the top Judiciary. It is a real eye opener. Mr.Bhushan should be congratulated for the bold stand he has taken in raising his voice on the Judiciary . He has already risked his life for such a cause. I have become a huge fan of his. After the noble Ex.President, APJ Abdul Kalam , there is no one else to lead the country, on the ideals of the founding fathers of the Country. There is such a huge erosion of values, ethics and patriotism for the Country in our present day political system. Mr.Prashanth Bhushan could lead from the front to confront the rot and corruption in our system. Jai Hind !

@@SundararajanKannan well said, another aspect is , judges, like any other official has to be afraid of corrupt politicians. The irony us that we, the people, pay salary , but we abdicated (or brokered, but for what in return) our power to these politicians ( and to the real powers politicians serve). Have we ever rallied behind an honest official when she/he got persecuted by politicians and their masters? Had we, the people, had given that confidence to honest officials, India's destiny would have been different. But unfortunately either case we were too lazy to come out or we didn't have time when we slog to earn our daily bread. We justed handed over everything to the very same corrupted system for course correction

It is nice to hear a person who virtually represents the Bar Council of India. The best people to opine about the Bench are the members of the Bar itself. This is because the Judges and Lawyers wrestle with litigants and cases day in and day out and this proximity lends them the ability to know one another better. From what Mr Bhushan says, a radical Judicial reform is long overdue in India. It will be fatal to postpone it any further.

One can rate this interview as a political revelation, Sujit Nair must be commended for this meaningful exposure. Prashant is spot on in laying threadbare the personality of Arvind Kejriwal, his insecurities and lust for power ruined the opportunity for a third front. He may win a battle or two but will NEVER win a war. As it is chief ministership was his, but Yogendra Yadav would be the overall choice to lead the party. Proof of the pudding ......LOOK AT THE PERSONALITIES THAT EXITED THE PARTY AND THE ONES THAT WERE WAITING TO JOIN. Never too late Arvind, if you give humility a chance. 🙏
