U can built tech like that by yourself, it's hard (especially, when U have to pay attention to reactor and enemies), but it's absolutely possible:
-don't pick parts from destroyed techs (into Your inventory)
-take them jus for Your tech then they will have colours from destroyed tech xD
There's no way there's a person in those vehicles, the plants are way too large
Also, using a height-map is very limiting for TerraTech already, why use it in TTW?
The planet feels way too small

Why Devs make one step forward but two backwards in progress?
and why they deleted in full version of the game features, which were better and were in demo?

I don't. This mixed thing is better plus they already told you from the start that this is not a sequel to TerraTech this is a separate game.
