my friend is asking why you use the cards, you didnt explain, the cards on extra deck, they doint make sense toi him cause they dont have any effects for 1500 atk

This has to be one of the first times I’ve seen your deck profiles and agrees with the list for the most part. Best part of no exarion is the amount of tech in the deck you are able to play with.
Thing for me in goat, I have noticed how important and early game field presence matters. I think is one of the biggest reasons exarion was so good. It was great field presence early, mid, and late game. Plus how it outclassed everything else level 4 and lower as well as everything else. Too much to say. Anyways,
So your deck has from what I can see, very few consistent turn one field presence. What I mean by this, are cards that force your opponent to use resources or play a certain way, which means they can’t have an easy out with nobleman. Cards must be used to get rid of them. For example, in my build which I am extremely confident with, plays triple tomato, double dekoichi, and the sangan. These all act as early game bird builders which basically work as stand alone cards. I only see you stand alone first turn plays as one dekoichi and sangan which leads to weak early games. Scapegoat helps mitigate this, but you need meta for that to be effective. It’s not bad, I also run three of each, but I suggest a second dekoichi. I only play one tsuk. The reason for this is that outside of a torrent, you will never lose your tsuk. Don’t attack with it, that’s not what it is for. Also opening up with two means you have two useless cards. Dd warrior lady isn’t bad, but she won’t do a whole lot. She can attack into a bls so you still take 1500 and she can remove sangan. Past that, unless you’re using a warrior toolbox, I don’t think she is worth it. A second asura priest would be more effective.
I can’t stress how important 1700+ four star attackers are in a exarionless format. Dd Assailant is another example of an amazing card who pressure because of his attack stat and his awkward interactions with breaker and tribe if you do decide to go a warrior route for another deck later on.
Another monster, not for early game, but mid game with a pretty busted effect is kycoo. He might be one of the most overlooked cards of the format. But his ability to stop chaos and zombie decks while eating serpent is unmatched. Plus an 1800 body is insane! He weakness to tsuk isn’t terrible either since you run a healthy trap line up.
I’ve had people tell me jinzo is bad because he doesn’t solve any problems. I recently put him back in my deck and everytime I’ve summoned him, I win. 2400 outside of bls is the best of the format. And he doesn’t die to tsuk, they are forced to use so many cards to out him so like reaper, he will always eat a card. But I like him for how self supporting he is. I don’t think any other monster can protect themselves the way jinzo does but his protection to others is invaluable. Kind of like the mega charizard y of Pokémon.
Other than that, I’m not a huge fan of going over 40, but if it works, it works. I would really enjoy seeing this deck in action, preferably against some kind of chaos deck, perhaps a machine chaos deck with triple limiter and competent players. I could go on forever but I’ll leave stop for now. Probably be back later with more.

So what's the ruling on Exarion Universe He's ban or not
Buntaro he’s not banned, many players you see will not play him though. He came out around the same time Cybernetic Revolution came out (when Cyber Dragon broke the meta), so many don’t believe he should be allowed in GOAT format. He’s also stupid broke for the format, which is another reason people don’t use him

Yeah other than the fact it was never in goat format historically imo Exarion is bad for the format, it kills some creativity in monster line-ups.

A lot of people consider the release of cybernetic revolution to end goat format and exarion came out around then so they play it. Some people like to play the nationals format which has no exarion but cards like sacred Phoenix saw play.
Alexis The Transgender Duelist there was a short span in which exarion was legal but cyber was not. And by short span, I mean the pre release of cyber was out before exarion so exarion was legal first but not released first. No major tournaments happened during this time period. The first jump in which exarion was legal, cyber was also legal which is why naysayers go against exarion. If you want to be extremely technical, exarion was legal, but it never really was.

Dude, I was playing against Dark Magician with my inferno tempest deck and summoned a 15,000 beat stick Gren Maju, and then attack and he just removes the card I attacked, then popped my Gren. One of the only times I have ever rage quitted

@@jorcariox8291 Same, because Inferno Tempest banishes all monster cards from each player's deck and graveyard then I run triple soul absorbtion so I gain like 35,000 life point per soul absorbtion. So gained about 105,000 life points
