The Ninja H2 and H2R(specifically) are so insanely crazy and absolutely Legendary Motorcycles that even after 7Yrs with the rate of pace that Tech and Mechanics are evolving and progressing. There is no answer to it from any other brand who I bet have spend billions over this time improving their products. Nothing gonna compare to that absolute Monster. Don't think anything can for another 3-5Yrs at-least. And no Electric Motorcycles are not the answer. They don't have soul to begin with.

Fr bro, I've got a K7 GSX-R 1k and the thing already scares the living shit out of me when I pin it. It's hard for me to even conceive the amount of speed that these forced induction bikes can put on.

@@probablyyourmom2202 some people can ride them all day, but the internet will tell you they will break your spine if you even sit on one… There not the most comfortable but if you don’t have some sort of physical condition they are fine.
Nothing can prepare you for a boosted bike.

Mate if you're having fuel pump issues get it to a dyno. If you lose fuel at 10k, you're melting another piston. This video gave me so much anxiety but at the same time a lot of excitement. Can't wait to see it in the mile

@@MultiHead11nah he's right it's definitely running lean under certain conditions. Could be a number of things with a bike with that many mods. If it runs too lean with the revs cooking then that thing is toast.

Superchargers don't have wategates. A wastegate routes exuast around the turbo as to limit boost. Superchargers do not use exhaust to actuate it. You're hearing the bypass valve, otherwise known as the blow off valve.
I can't even imagine what it would feel like to push 1000cc..let alone H2💀, 600 cc itself feels like Jet

Keep it. It's pretty much one of a kind motorcycle. Worth keeping for the styling alone to be honest.

2013 till present times really is a good time for bikes, first the panigale 1199 with it's complete and colourful digital display, the R1's high revving crossplane, then the H2 with it's monstrous engine

Thats one insane possessed machine!! I've been a Kawa fan since the early 90's and never looked back. I enjoyed this video a lot and will be on the lookout for the next H2 test ride with improvements like the issue with the petrol pump and your final decision regarding the quick shifter. Definitely my next bike after my ZX6. Safe riding from South Africa👍
definitely need to get this thing tuned and dyno'd. Can't believe the previous owner never did that, if he was racing it, he was just leaving extra power and reliability on the table. Probably why he blew up the previous engine.

E85 is pump gas more or less.
the guy probably only tuned wide open throttle with little to no street riding tuning. tharts probably why iits bucks and cuts out on throttle tip in. also explains the long start up

Yammie sounds like this bike has a stage 3 setup. H2R fuel pump, fuel rails, intercooler, injectors, EC hyperdrive 18/38 gearing? I find it hard to believe that the owner did not put this bike on a dyno to make sure the AF safe. That might be one of the reasons why it burnt a piston. Before I would beat on it I would get it on the dyno. Anyone who adds power to a bike and tells you they didn't run it on a dyno sounds foolish. I run my H2 with Stage 2 gears, EC intercooler, EC hyper drive 18/38, Akro full Ti Evolution exhaust, Misc mods, Brocks ECU with PC5 tuned by LSR Racing our of Sierra Vista AZ. Dustin King did my fuel tuning with a PC5 that also came from Brocks. Brocks sent the ECU/PC5 with maps. Brocks ECU/PC5 maps are for stock SC setup. After the Stage 2 SC gear upgrade we put the bike on the dyno and made some changes to the PC5 to make sure the AF was safe. Dustin King the owner of LSR Racing is a very gifted tuner/builder so I let him do his magic. He kept the bike a little rich on pump gas and she makes 275hp at 4600ft. We could get a few more hp leaning her out some, but he prefered keeping it safe Vrs max hp especially because I ride this daily. I would recommend you get this bike on the dyno ASAP just to make sure your AF and fuel tuning is setup right.
Side note: the 2015/2016 H2's are the most primitive form of the H2 build. In essence neither bike has true wheelie control. This bike has the basic IMU compared to the newer models that have the 6 axis IMU including true wheelie control. Don't think for one second this bike has WC, that is a hard lesson that many new H2 owners learned that hardway with the 2015/2016 models.

I do have a Busa 07 stock and I think is super fast , I just can’t imagine riding a 300 plus hours supercharged bike, friking insane!
My adrenaline starts to build up just by watching the pulls.
Kawasaki make 20mm higher clipons, transformed mine. Also get some gel in that hard seat and it's a pretty comfortable sports bike!

I totally get what you mean about the bike being unhappy at 60 mph. My H2 SX just doesn't feel right below 80 or 90. Above that, and it settles down nicely and just loafs along. That said I'm only running with about ⅔ the power of that monster, and it scares the crap outta me past half throttle. Waaaaay too much bike for public roads and I wouldn't have it any other way.
The camera and the wind noise may make it seem scary to the uninitiated, but after a few years of commuting on a Z H2, 130 becomes the new 80 (traffic permitting).

I really hope you're able to get this bike running perfectly with no weirdness or quirks that take away from the riding experience. Dunno what the previous owner did, but she needs some TLC, and it would make for fantastic content!

I went with the KTM Superduke R for $18000. Dollar for dollar the best bike in the world IMO. I took the H2 for a test drive when I bought it and I will say it was fun as hell as well!

At 15:50-46 looked like there was a parked cop car on the right shoulder😂 Those supercharger chirps at lower speeds sound a little raspy-metal opposed to the more clean high-pitched chirps at around the same speed from the H2 Yamm had before on the channel.

Welcome to the club. And now you finally get it. That bike needs attention, 99% sure the reason it melted a piston it that #$%@ed up fuel pump. Get rid of the thing, get a real tuner that understands what is going on. But that thing is running very poorly. The off/on throttle can be tamed a bit in the mapping. I spent days refining mine and it is far more manageable. Put the quick shifter back on that is not the reason it melted the piston, and if it was, that thing need someone knowledgeable to dial it in correctly . Now you understand why some of us just roll our eyes when you go on and on about that Turbo busa. You have my email, and being an owner of an H2 with over 54,000 miles, you may want some insight.

Thank you for showing us the honest experience of owning a custom-built competition motorcycle. I guess the bike is pumping such a rich mixture that below 5000 rpms it's probably drowning the spark plugs. This is not a daily driver and in stop and go traffic you would probably be calling a tow truck to pick you up. Your experience here shows how much work went into the stock H2 to make it a livable bike but also brutally fast. I would expect your bar alignment issue to actually be the rear swing arm bushing being mashed flat by the power the engine is pulling through the chain or the swing arm being pulled out of alignment by the engine. This is a track bike. But what a beast. Honestly, I would sell it. Above 200 mph things happen so fast and should that bike eat another motor, you are out another twenty grand. Not to mention turning yourself into a half mile pile of spam. There is a lot to be said for the safety margins these manufacturers put into their machines. Do one run, get your 220 and sell it. Or get to 205 and say ,"F this." and sell it. Either way, while it's still running and healthy, sell it. As a 'daily driver', your Turbo Busa is just a better bike. As you said , the reason this bike is alive is to go restupulously fast in a straight line. You don't ride like a crazy person on the street so this thing should be on a trailor to a track when you decide to wake her up. You have officially become the Russian guy with the gold chains who bought himself a Bengal tiger. "Dis, is Mishe. He is Tiger." Keep Mishe happy. You don't want Mishe to bite your head off. By the way, I just looked up the meaning of the Russian name, Mishe. It means God Like. In both cases, kind of fitting.

Be sure to test the places you get your E85 from. They’re not always 85/15 blend. Some places are a lot lower.

I own a ZH2 and occasionally want more power believe it or not. When the weather is warm it doesn't pull as hard. Can't imagine having that much power on a H2. Could anyone get used to that much power ever. Cool bike for sure.

You probably bought a H2 turned into a H2R. I believe you should check fee things on this bike…like Steering, forks and front wheel clamps…and few other things that keep the bike safe to ride.

I really don't believe that melting piston because of quickshifter using is very common. And everything about dfco is programmable.
